Refund policy

Our products are bought on CodeCanyon, so refunds are handled by Envato under the Envato refund policy. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
When a refund is usually possible
- The product does not work as described, and we cannot fix the problem.
- The product page or documentation was materially wrong about a feature.
- You bought the same item twice by mistake.
Before you request one
Most problems are installation or server settings: the PHP version, the document root, the storage link or the cron job. Open a ticket at helpdesk.ishalabs.com with your purchase code and a screenshot of the error. We answer installation questions ourselves, and usually the fix is quick.
How to request a refund
Request it from Envato, following the steps in the Envato refund policy, and explain the problem. Envato reviews the request, may ask us for our side, and makes the decision.
Try the live demo with every role before you buy. It is the best way to make sure the product fits what you need.
