These terms apply to ishalabs.com, run by Isha Labs ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

ishalabs.com presents the software we build: Slotara, Quizora and Matterly. You can read about each product, try the live demos and read our articles. We do not currently sell anything directly on this site.

Buying our products

Our products are sold on CodeCanyon, part of Envato Market. When you click "Buy on CodeCanyon" you leave this site, and your purchase, payment, license and any refund are handled by Envato under the Envato Market terms and CodeCanyon licenses. We are not a party to the payment, and we never see your card details.

Some links to CodeCanyon are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission from Envato. The price you pay is the same.

Live demos

• Demos run on sample data and may be reset at any time. Do not enter real personal data, real payment details or anything confidential.
• Demo logins are shared with everyone. Anything you enter may be seen by other visitors.
• Do not try to break, overload, or gain access beyond what a demo login allows.

Your account

You can create an account to save products to a wishlist. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the site or other people.

Support

Support for our products is provided on our help desk at helpdesk.ishalabs.com, for buyers with a valid purchase code, within the support period of their CodeCanyon license.

Content on this site

The text, images and product screenshots on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a link back. Do not copy whole articles or product pages.

Our articles are general information, not legal, financial or technical advice for your situation. Check anything important with a qualified professional.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site and demos available and accurate, but we provide them "as is" and cannot promise they will always be online or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the demos. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We link to CodeCanyon, our demos, documentation and other sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not run.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
